Dirty Looks has made key hires to the London team appointing Agathe Boulous as Digital Intermediate Producer, Claire Winter as Colourist, Róisín, Head of Online & VFX and Margo Lazarenko as Flame Artist.
The new team members will strengthen the company’s push into high-end episodic broadcast following its recent completion of the highly anticipated The Full Monty series for Disney+ UK and upcoming projects for Apple and Netflix.
Agathe Boulous brings 8+ years experience in high-end scripted TV and content delivery. Previously at Sky Studios overseeing deliveries and assisting Comedy and Drama scripted teams from development to post production, Boulous has worked most recently on 6-part drama, The Englandand comedy series, Brassic.
Claire Winter joins as Colourist with 12 years industry experience. Claire began her career as a technical operator and colour assist before becoming a Colourist 9 years ago. She has graded a wide variety of projects including The Wall: Climb for Gold for Netflix, Ben Stokes: Phoenix from the Ashes for Amazon Prime and Maryland for the BBC.
Flame and VFX Artist, Róisín, brings over 20 years of experience to the role. Róisín’s extensive portfolio spans features including The Matrix Resurrections (Wachowski) and high-end TV episodics such as War of The Worlds for Fox/BBC1, Chimp Empire for Netflix and Life for BBC.
And finally, Margo Lazarenko joins as a Flame Artist. Margo studied Fine Arts at the National Academy of Fine Arts & Architecture in Kyiv.

Claire Winter commented “It’s great to join Dirty Looks at such an exciting time. I am enjoying a return to grading scripted drama following a recent focus in the documentary space.”

Dirty Looks, London team has recently completed The Full Monty TV series for Disney+ UK and Jonathan Glazer’s, The Zone of Interest which won the Grand Prix Award at the Cannes Film Festival this year.
